My name is Jim Steel. I am a mortgage broker and licensed Real Estate agent. I have a four-year degree from the St. Cloud State University Business School with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Investments. I have been in the business since graduating from college in 1999. 

My mortgage company, Marketplace Home Mortgage, is a local company that lends in Minnesota and surrounding states. We have all the programs available with great rates that are offered to us because of the amount of volume Marketplace Home Mortgage does locally. We offer all loan programs, which include Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo and First-Time Homebuyer loans. 

I am also a licensed Real Estate agent with Easy Street Realty in MN. I am very experienced in the process of performing a short sale whether it is helping a seller negotiate with their bank or helping a buyer find a great deal on their next home. I can also help you find your next home whether it be your first home or your last, I have helped many clients buy and sell with success.

By combining my expertise in each field I am able to save my clients thousands of dollars on their Real Estate transactions. I pride myself on top notch customer service, that along with being able to save my customers thousands of dollars are two of the reasons my business is based solely on referrals from previous clients, which I believe is the number one compliment to how well your work was done.
